Welcome! My name is Carrie Harrison. I graduated from Kennesaw State University with my BS in Psychology in 2000 and after working for several years with troubled teens I went back to school and obtained my MS in Professional Counseling in 2010 from Georgia State University. I have a passion for helping others navigate through the ups and downs of life while providing a safe space and non-judgmental environment for you to explore what it is you are struggling with. I have been a therapist for over 15 years and owned my own practice for 5 years.
I have experience working with adults, couples, and adolescents, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, depression, life transitions, gender identity and many more. When I am not working you can find me either at the baseball fields cheering on my son, or outside enjoying nature, hiking, reading or enjoying my wide variety of animals.
