Welcome! I'm glad you are here. We aim to provide a safe space and non-judgmental environment where each person is unique and is treated as a whole. We use a combination of different types of therapy based on what you may need and resonate the best with you. We want to help you as you take a step to becoming a happier and healthier you!

Our therapist has experience working with adults, couples, and adolescents, including members of the LGBTQ+ community. We work with those who have struggled with anxiety, depression, life transition, gender identity and many more. We can also provide support through marriage counseling, nature therapy as well offering a concierge service.

Asking for help and/or receiving help isn't always the easiest thing to do. We want to make it as easy and painless as possible. We offer a free 10-15 minute phone consultation to address any questions you might have. We would like to help you find the best way to cope and overcome your struggles.
